Pricing
Each rental price covers the rental for the Gable's Building, The Cleaning Fee & Tables and Chairs. Any setup or event assistance needed from the Gable's Team must be communicated ahead of rental date and is not included in the pricing listed. A $250 deposit is required upon booking and will be applied to the total cost if The Gables is returned to its original condition after the event is held and there is no damage to the property.
